Top 5 Navigation and Maps Apps on iOS in Israel: Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the performance of leading navigation and maps apps on the iOS platform in Israel showed varied trends in downloads and active users, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Google Maps maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads peaking at around 9.3K in October and December. The app consistently engaged a large user base, with weekly active users hovering around 900K throughout the quarter.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic saw a steady increase in both downloads and active users. Downloads reached approximately 7.5K by the end of December, while active users increased significantly, peaking at over 1.9M in late December.

Google Earth showed modest download numbers, with a slight decline from 1.4K to 1.3K towards the end of the quarter. Active users, however, demonstrated a gradual increase, reaching nearly 20K by the year's end.

Polarsteps Travel experienced a notable rise in downloads, climbing from 236 to 957 by late December. The app's active users also saw a steady increase, reaching 3.4K in the final week.

Ten had fluctuating download numbers, with a peak of 645 downloads in November. Active users showed a slight upward trend, ending the quarter with about 1.2K users.
